This isn't a checkout. It's a conversation about how your events actually run, so we can tell you honestly what's worth building. And what isn't.

Read what one of these looks like finished: 300 people, eleven contests, seven points scales, previously on twenty pages of paper.
Nobody enjoys sending a form into silence. So here is the whole sequence, including the parts most companies leave vague.
From a person, replying to what you wrote, not an automated sequence. We work GMT+8, so allow for the time difference if you are further west.
Video call. You walk us through how your event runs and we tell you, in that half hour, whether GamesTally is a sensible fit. If it is not, we say so on that call rather than booking a second one.
This is the real one. We go through your scoring properly, screen share, and work out what the system would need to do on your event day. Bring whoever will actually be running it.
In writing, scoped, with a price. Including the parts of your event we think should stay on paper, in a facilitator's head, or exactly as they are.
No deck. Nobody chasing you afterwards on a schedule. If the timing is wrong, tell us and we will leave you alone until you come back.
The most useful thing you can put in front of us is whatever you actually used at your last event. The spreadsheet with the merged cells and the tab called "Sheet3 FINAL". The score sheet with the crossings out. The run sheet with the handwritten changes.
People often apologise for these. They are the single most valuable thing in the conversation, because they show how the event really works rather than how it was supposed to.
If you have nothing to show us because you have not run it yet, that is fine too. Describe it and we will work from that.
None of it is required. Turning up with nothing but the event in your head is a perfectly normal way to start.
Worth seeing in advance, because two of these are harder to answer than they look and thinking about them beforehand makes the call twice as useful.
Is this a sales call?
It is a conversation with the people who would build it. We do want to sell you something, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we will not do is tell you it fits when it does not, because a licence sold into the wrong event comes back to us as support.
We are only researching. Is that a waste of your time?
No. A good half of these conversations are with people comparing options for a decision months away. You will get more out of it if you say so at the start, because we will spend the time on how this market works rather than on our own product.
Do we need to have decided anything first?
No. Most people arrive knowing their spreadsheet is failing them and not much beyond that. Working out what you actually need is the job of the first call.
Can we see it working before we commit?
Yes. We would rather show you the thing than describe it. Tell us the event you have in mind and we will walk through it against that, instead of a generic demo that fits nobody.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, and it is a reasonable thing to ask before describing a client programme you have spent years building. Say so on the form or at the start of the call.
What does it cost?
Published in full on the pricing page before you talk to anybody. One payment, no annual fee, no per-event charge, no per-participant charge. Customise is quoted to scope because the scope is the product.
A one-off licence only makes sense if you are going to keep using it. If you run two events a year, per-event tooling is genuinely cheaper and we will tell you that on the call rather than after you have paid us.
We are also not the right answer if what you need is the games themselves and not the system that scores them, or if you want something running next week. Building around how you work takes longer than signing up to something that already exists.
None of that is modesty. It is the reason the conversation is worth having before anyone signs anything.
